• In collaboration with Peel Regional Police, HHRA recently organized a virtual information session for members on home security and community safety

• Per HHRA’s request, the Peel Police added our neighbourhood’s ravines to their regular patrol routes

• Several traffic calming measures were implemented by the city following concerns raised by HHRA on behalf of neighbourhood residents

• Hosted member-only events, such as our Potluck Bowling Event, Summer Mingle & Deck the Heights 

• Obtained a city grant to celebrate “All Things Mississauga” and raised ecological awareness by planting trees during the event

• ​Provided community volunteer hours for high school students’

• Hosted a series of technology training sessions based on member's interest such as cell phone basics, organizing digital photos, social media, etc.

• Opened up the HHRA member chat to better foster networking and communication between members and the Board

• Kept our website updated with relevant and local information and links to community resources such as our Help Line, Tips for Home & Auto Safety, Cyber-Security Tips, etc.
